After operating primarily in Harlem, New York City, for nearly 20 years, the company is currently based in Los Angeles.
Since 2001, Byron C. Hunter and the Urban Aggregate team have produced more than 100 hours of documentaries, television features and media content for network & cable television, radio, podcasts and streaming media.
Urban Aggregate LLC, aka Urbag, has produced more than a dozen documentaries that have been broadcast nationally, and dozens of television features, including extensive work as a Producer for television shows, “The Source All-Access” (NBC), “Weekend Vibe” (FOX), “Livin’ Large” (UPN), Beef: The Series (BET), “The American Legacy Series” (ABC), and “The & Now” (TV-ONE).
Since 2001, Urban Aggregate has also compiled an extensive library of more than 200 hours of interviews, event footage and behind-the-scenes content featuring some of the most accomplished personalities of the 20th and 21st centuries.
In 2020, Urban Aggregate LLC wrote and edited the podcast series, “The Players Coalition Podcast,” which debuted on Spotify and featured a group of NFL football stars committed to social justice.
Urban Aggregate LLC has since produced two other successful podcast series, “Divided By Design” (Spotify) and “The Sisterhood of Radcliffe” (IHeart Media).
Urban Aggregate aspires to continue delivering truly inspiring stories in the forms of documentaries, television features, podcasts, and via a new, soon-to-launch, streaming video channel.
