Flip Shulke

This documentary short highlights the life and work of Flip Schulke, one of the most influential photographers of the 20th century. Flip shot many important moments in world history, was an innovator in the creation of underwater photography, and was the personal photographer of Martin Luther King, Jr. until King’s tragic death in 1968. This 12-minute documentary tells Flip’s story through his own words, and offers his unique insight on some of his most important photographs.
